Three historical buildings in downtown El Reno will be emptied of decades of treasures in a warehouse sale, June 29, 30 and July 1st.  The former downtown locations of Russell-Murray Hospice have been homes to many businesses through the last 100 years…including the hospice offices and thrift store, a dry cleaner, a jewelry shop and a bordello.  All contents in all three buildings will be available at a three-day warehouse sale.

Shoppers can purchase current office furniture, equipment and supplies like conference tables, book shelves, rugs, desks, an antique armoire, leather loveseat and chair, art and décor, desk chairs, file cabinets and industrial goods, medical equipment and supplies.  Antiques from former tenants that have been buried for decades on the third story will be available to purchase.  Architectural pieces like claw foot tubs, wood panel doors and window screens, wood trim and ceiling tin, antique store displays, shelves, racks and tools, antique books, furniture, old signage letters and even an antique brail bible, plus the entire contents of the Russell-Murray Thrift Store are all available.  All clothing racks, store display cabinets, shelving and fixtures at the thrift store will be sold.

The sale runs Friday, June 29 and Saturday, June 30 from 9-6 and Sunday, July 1st from 10-5.  Sunday everything remaining will be marked half price.  Cash and cards are accepted at the sale.  Each of the three downtown locations will be open all three days, 217 and 221 S. Bickford and 117 N. Bickford in El Reno.  Visit www.junkhippy.com for photos and details.
